This is one of the few Starbucks in the area which is open until 11pm. The drive thru is very narrow. A loading truck was parked... right in the entrance and made it so difficult for us to enter the drive thru. There are plenty of parking spaces. Orderedcaramel ribbon crunch frappe and lime frosted coconut bar but the later was out, so better luck next time. Read more

Mobile Ordered 1 grande white mocha. Arrived and they had a notice that the lobby was closes. The line of cars was all the way... out to the street. A Starbucks rep opened the door and handed me my drink but locked the door. When I got back to my car, thewhite mocha was just iced coffee. The Barista must have missed the syrup because I taste no white chocolate. Only choice was toget back in line and wait or leave. I had to go I had other things to do. Read more
The customer service has improved. I like that it's always properly staffed so I don't have to wait years! lol to get a coffee.
