Love the service. Nice smiling faces. Parking is awful take the drive through much faster and easier to exit.
Asked for light ice on my drink but still got regular amount of ice and quarter empty, I asked why is that and the response was... you asked for light ice and than a silence, did not hear any offer to fix my drink, so I asked to cancel and give all the orderback but instead did not got full refund ( I checked after I left ) and so they kept the money for my other order, Next I calledthe store and talked to manager Sosia that was there at the time and did not offer to fix my drink and when I was explaining mycomplaints to her, she?s hang up the phone, Starbucks is now just a fake over priced coffee shop that give half empty drink andcan?t even provide decent customer service! very disappointed. Always a dumb long line and they have gotten my order wrong more times then they have gotten it right. They have even taken my... order down correctly but gave me the wrong drink. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or in person. I find this store to be slowand lacking attention to any details. Read more
The customer service received by Shiha the girl taking the orders at the parking in the drive through was the worse on top of... that she took my order incorrectly . When I went back and told her what happen she was extremely rude and just told me you canget out of you car and go inside and just walk away; definitely not the type of answer I was expecting and the service thislocation provide. Customer service out tune. The Starbucks needs a make over. They serve coffee with out even asking if you want creamer or... sugar. No napkins no nothing. The cups are dripping when they serve them. Extremely unpleasant employees. Mind you when I askfor sugar the young lady gave me just three with out bothering to ask if I needed more. Right away I became conscious of myoverweight because of the the 3 sugars. I like my coffee sweet not bitter. But bitter it was because I was embarrassed to askfor more. Never going back. Read more
I paid for my coffee and cheese Danish, but no one gave me coffee. After waiting for ten minutes I said to myself that no one... wants to give me coffee? Someone gave me coffee but you would neither apologize nor like my protest. She looked at me I thinkhe's wrong. I'm the one who should be upset and not the store clerk. Read more
They are friendly to who that want to be friendly to I guess, sure wasn'tme!! They are rude they do not have good customer... service and when you try to give them feedback the manager comes and is just as rude as the workers!!
