I've eaten at a few Pollo Campero locations over the years and this location by far is the worst one I've been to. The food is... fine, same as any other Pollo Campero in the US, but the employees are downright terrible. I've been to this location threetimes now and every single order has had either a few missing pieces of chicken or old and dry side items. I've also never beento a fast food chain that refuses to make customizations on orders, like leaving out gravy on the mashed potatoes on request.Quite frustrating because the staff here truly are the type that just don't give a ____. Honest to god, I get the feeling thestaff purposefully miscount the amount of food they give to take some home. Just a feeling. Read more
Look here I don't often spend $92 on chicken! But I have to say the order was a bit big but the staff here did not mess up on... one thing! Customer service was on a 100! Love this place! And Jazmin was super helpful. Making sure we had everything weneeded. Lucy was awesome as well. Read more
The customer service is worst than any other place I?ve been too.. I?ve placed an online order 3 times in the last few months... and my food is never ready on time. They don?t even say hi or welcome you. I stood waiting to be helped for my order by theonline order box and no one said a word to me for 7 minutes they would look at me but not say a single word. Not to mention Iplaced the order online only to get told multiple times they don?t have grilled chicken ready it will be another 10-20 minutes.Last time I come here and ever order anything. El pollo loco is just down the street and at least they have chicken ready to goas soon as you walk in. I hope someone sees this and contacts me because I?m tired of it. Wasted time over and over. We stopped here as my husband loves Pollo campero. The prices are good and the restaurant is clean. Now if you are vegan or... vegetarian this is not the place for you as I figured that out. Their fries though are delicious. The reason I'm giving thisplace 3 stars is because the day we went the cashiers were super friendly. Now I needed a box for my husband's leftover chickenbreast and obviously that wouldn't have fit in the small box the lady in the green shirt was trying to give me. She rolled hereyes and had an attitude. Once I told her I needed a bigger box she kept trying to give me the smaller box and kept asking howmany pieces. I said I need a larger box as it's 2 large chicken breasts. She then handed me the larger box but with an attitude.I'm sorry but if she is the manager she needs to learn from her other employees and be more friendly. I myself will not be goingback. The food was good and the restaurant was cleaned but the cashiers were just horrible they have a really bad attitude and take... too long to serve food. I went at night, and I understand that sometimes we get really stressed out from work but it?s not theexcuse to have such an attitude with costumers just like they did.
