Always good food. Crab Bisque is a favorite along with the Niçoise salad with Wild Salmon for lunch could not be beat. Emily... was a great server and made sure our order was correct. She was very kind and truly made our visit a delightful one. Read more
I enjoy this place it’s convenient and the food is good, but the customer service was so bad last time I refuse to come back... anytime in the near future. When the staff continually lies and puts out false information so you can’t dine there. Why wouldI ever wanna come back here? I came in late july after work to eat and they informed me at 3:30 pm they’re not taking anymoreseatings except reservations…it was 3:10 and they would not seat my party. I ask to be sat anywhere including the bar and wasrefused. So I book a open table for 3:30pm which the app allowed me…5 mins later they call canceling it. I requested themanager, but they were busy and requested a call back…that never happened, but why would I be shocked at a establishment thatcan’t even give me a straight answer or even post a “closed” sign when they’re not open because a large party they haveto attend too or the other answer I was given they had to close for “short staffed.” It’s clear this restaurants poorlylead when the staff can’t even accommodate those that eat here regularly or give a straight answer about why they’reclosed…because when you refuse to seat people to dine…that’s what you are…a closed restaurant…unlike their postedbusiness hours…That or perhaps this establishment doesn’t like money. This restaurant is so amazing even after COVID shut down. Most people don’t know there is a High end restaurant in most... Norstrom’s but take the time to visit one of them. They have different restaurants in different Norstrom’s but this one isthe best one in my opinion. It a full bar establishment and the drinks are top notch and i am very picky.
