It's very sad that the Colonel took that recipe to the grave. Now, people will never ever know that flavor. Now that chicken is... just chicken or whatever it is and has no flavor. It's lousy. I ordered their chicken tenders meal with 3 sides and biscuits. The tenders were super delicious with so much flavor that I... enjoyed every bite. The mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were good also. Their biscuits are so soft and fluffy and so good???? We will definitely be getting that meal again. Read more
My husband loved the original chicken. The skin is flavorful. You can count on traditional flavors of mashed potatoes,, gravy,... and the buttermilk biskets, always a favorite. My husband enjoyed the coleslaw and Mac n cheese sides. Read more
To say I had an awful experience at this location would be an understatement. I placed an order online for in store pick up.... When I arrived we were told it had been picked up by our delivery man. When I asked the woman what she meant the manager steppedin & told me the food was being delivered to me. I showed him my receipt & proof of order & he told me it was no longer hisproblem & I had to take it up with the KFC website?. I kept my calm Bc I understand mistakes happen. However the manager (amale) & the employee (a female) would not offer a solution &told me that I must place another order if I want my food. To say Iwas embarrassed by how badly they treated me as if I was trying to scam them for some chicken ? LOL. They accidentally gave myorder to someone else but refused to accept their mistake and instead kept telling me I was wrong even after I offered proof.I?m the least confrontational person therefore I simply walked away without my food & contacted their customer service for arefund & to report the incident instead. Moral of my story is save yourself the headache & don?t deal with this location.Management was utterly repulsive. They didn?t confirm the order number & instead gave my food to someone else but the manageryelled at me for his employee?s mistake. Such a shame. Read more
KFC has always been a guilty pleasure of me. I have been to many locations and this is one of my favorite ones. It's a little... bit smaller than other locations, but they have plenty of parking and the staff is very nice. I ordered a famous bowl meal formy husband and the #1 meal for myself which comes with a drumstick, thigh, biscuit, and a drink. Both meals were $5.99 which isa great price and a great deal for your money. Once I ordered my food, it also came out very fast. The only reason I am giving4 stars instead of 5 is because they did not listen to a special request. My meal comes with mashed potatoes and gravy. I askedfor the gravy to be put on the side and they said they would. When I arrived home, the gravy was not on the side. I normallycheck but because of COVID, I didn't want to open the box and check inside the store. Overall, a very pleasant experience and Ihope to return again soon. Read more
Leaving a review expressly because this branch rebuilt our trust in the KFC brand after several other branches in the Valley had... let us down. This store is run by incredibly kind, thoughtful, and polite people who know how to prepare food properly, and whogo the extra mile to keep customers satisfied. We have been very happy with the offerings and the food has always been preparedperfectly, doing justice to what the KFC brand represents. This is in comparison to other stores, some of whom eventually wentout of business, where the food was overcooked or otherwise not satisfactory. I hope the corporate office sees this review,because this store is a standout success and the reason why we give them repeat business. Read more
