This el pollo location is horrible. We ordered two burritos and somehow they managed to mess up our order and gave us two... burritos that were completely wrong. I?m providing a picture to show that the ?keto? burrito ordered, was nowhere near correct,it had beans in it, and was missing avocado. Employees here are lacking a sense of detail and don?t care what they put out.It?s unfortunate how lazy people can be in today society. This place was REALLY dirty. The floors and counters needed a good cleaning. The customer service is also poor. What was... really gross and disappointing was the restroom. It was filthy and it had no hand soap and paper towels. How do employees thatare cooking the food wash their hands?? Never going back here. Nothing against Pollo Loco...I really love their burritos. I've never tried the drive thru. But inside is a caos. A lot of employees taking, giggling, even the manager. They dispatch the... order when they want. I don't know if the chicken is under cooked or burnt. I saw some burnt chicken on the pollo bowl and got me vomiting after I... finished the food. Well anyways I won't be coming back here again. Also the drive-thru was very long, waited almost 30 mins toget my food. Carmen is the worst manager I've ever experienced she was awful terrible customer service she said and I quote "ifyou don't like the food go somewhere else" I was shocked I couldn't believe as a paying customer I was treated like that if youwant el pollo loco please go somewhere else because they will treat you terribly here and I overheard her yelling at employee'sas well telling them that they need to hurry up when they were clearly under alot of stress all and all she needs to be firedplease let her go and find somebody better because she doesn't deserve to have the role of a manager Read more
Poor costumer service, Dine in room was close and there?s any sign a lot of people was waiting on line the employees ignored us... and I asked by drive-tru window to Carlos and he give me attitude and close the window in my face I asked again to speak withthe manager Carmen and she told me she was to busy to help a costumer at that moment we we?re waiting for 30 minutes and theydidn?t help anyone is a poor costumer service I received in my life. worse service ever. short staff and no response when you reach out to them. people can only blame covid so much. they take your... orders online but yet upon trying to pick up your food the doors are locked and they only have the drive thru open with 20 pluscars waiting in line. the purpose of an online order is to have the food ready. i am still waiting for my refund for the food inever received. they lost me as a customer as well. horrible service. will be contacting the better business bureau. stay awayfrom this place. My curbside pickup was inaccurate and the face me zero utensils for our salads and no napkins. I get it, it's hard times but... also the salsa cup was 20% filled :/ look at my images, it's ridiculous. Food was good, service terrible. Read more
I came in on Friday to grab some lunch. I thought it would be smart to beat the crowd of kids from the Jr high across the... street. Well that did not go as planned I don't know what there problem was that day but it took me about 10 mins standing atthe register before they even came to take my order. Then I had to repeat My order 3 times for the lady to get it right. Itwasn't a language barrier either, she was distracted and playing games with her co workers which really is unprofessional.
