Edit: I should share my experience here too. I arrived at ~5:09 p.m. and placed an order in the drive-thru. There was only one... car ahead of me. Apparently someone had placed a huge order inside the restaurant and the staff was focused solely on them. Ittook at least 10 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order and at least another 10 for me to get mine. I wishthese times were exaggerations but they're not. I had to turn my car off to save gas more than once. I knocked on the window toget someone's attention and they told me just a little bit longer. But it was A LOT longer. I almost set the drink I'd beengiven on the drive-thru windowsill and left with the intention of reversing the charge with my bank. I was so mad. Cars startedlining up behind me. One started honking. It was mortifying like it was my fault. FINALLY, at 5:35 p.m., I got my order. I wasthe second car in the drive-thru and it took 26 minutes to get my food. Absolutely unacceptable. I'm embarrassed I even stayedthat long. Staff should have made the person with the huge order wait, not the regular people in the drive-thru. Please havemore respect for your customers. Read more
their secret sauce gives me headaches sometimes to much is to much and the tomato sometimes doesn't help. this is my opinion.... Got the hand breaded sandwich,too salty, the fillet looked dark brown like it was refried or if the oil is too old. The service... was pathetic, I asked for ketchup and hot sauce, reconfirmed while receiving the order if it was inside, when I opened the bag Ifound no condiments. Used the drive through because I was unwell and did not want to spread the germs but was forced to enterthe store for the condiments. One sandwich and 2 cookies took over 15 mins to get right!!! I went to the Canoga Park location. I'm impressed with the breakfast combo. The window cashier was very helpful.
I waited 20 minutes for my order. When I asked for it, the manager said they were looking for me. I was In the dinning room all... this time. They never called me. In fact they gave other customers their order,which they had arrived after I did. Instead ofapologizing the manager made it seem it was my fault. The cashier was more professional than the manager.
