I have a love-hate relationship with this cafe because while this cafe has a clean and beautiful interior, the baristas are... incredibly rude and off-putting. On several occasions, they have given me attitude for no reason, and it makes me not want toorder a drink at all. Beautiful place. Like Starbucks but with an extra mile. Clean, lady at entrance was so sweet and nice, explain us everything was... about it (capital one coffee) they gave a privacy rooms (free but upon availability) community room at no charge for capitalone customers, 50% off on any drink at location which are made with Peet?s coffee?. I?ve always had a pleasant time at this location and drop by whenever I?m in the mall. The beverages and pastries are fresh and... delicious, and the service is exceptional. I appreciate the little gestures like being called by my name. I also like the diningarea, which resembles an airport lounge more than a cafe.
