Ordered their beef and crispy onion sandwich. They didn't tell me prior that they ran out of buns and gave me a different bread... bun. Also forgot the crispy onions. Brought back in to complain and they made a new one. Much better but they should have toldme first. Read more
This place doesn?t take coupons. There?s no reason. You would think for a franchise this would be better regulated especially... considering how busy they are. Seems like most fast food places in Canmore just don?t really care which is too bad. Read more
The food was really good as are most Wendy's, but the parking lot was a nightmare. We could barely get out and we watched one... woman destroy her SUV as she tried to squeeze between 2 yellow concrete poles. Cars were willy nilly in all stages of trying toget out of the lot resulting in no one getting out. Read more
Very busy place, crowded as well. Good burgers, but cleanliness of eating area gets compromised.

A disappointing experience following an otherwise very fun evening! Food was good, nothing to complain about there,... unfortunately the customer service was terrible though. We were served by a middle-aged (40 something) woman who was ignorant,rude and dismissive. Her ineptitude, lack of attention and poor customer service caused a long queue. Considering the choice of3 other drive-through burger places within a 5 minutes of here I would recommend going somewhere else. Read more
