This is the worst McDonald?s experience we ever had. We ordered 2 happy meals, a burger and another regular meal. Not the... biggest order I would say , but we waited for over 25 minutes for it. And that unfortunately wasn?t the reason why this is aone star experience. More than half of what we ordered came out wrong, the happy meals? drinks were wrong, both of the side(apple slices) were wrong. The standalone burger is missing, the regular meal was without a drink. So basically everything weordered had something wrong or just flat out missing. As I checked at the counter and pointed it out to the person in the front,which I believed is a supervisor/manager, he was very impatient and tried to argue with me that it wasn?t wrong. And I had topoint to the receipt for each items that was wrong and even then he wasn?t happy that I tried to get what I actually ordered. Noapologies for the long wait and the wrong order. And this wasn?t the first time this has happened, last time we went throughthe drive-through and it was similar that a lot of the items were wrong in our order but we were already back onto the highway,and that?s why this time I made sure to check at the counter before leaving the restaurant. I have seen some other reviews about this location. However, I think the service here is great. They work so fast and hard at... this location and the orders come in at a tremendous pace - busiest McDonald's I have ever seen. The attention to detail isamazing given the amount of food volume going out. Very impressive and the staff went out of their way to help me. Thank you???? Read more

Went through the drive thru. The lady who took our order had a lovely voice, like a flight attendant on a plane. She was very... patient as I struggled to decide. We got the new chicken mcmuffin and really liked it. Also had a mcgriddle. Read more

The food here has always been quite decent which is surprising by McDonald's standards, and it is convenient to stop by in the... mornings while I'm charging at the Petro just outside, but the restaurant leaves a decent amount to be desired. There's verylong lines during busy times and it seems like not enough people to keep up. Even outside of busy times though, the place stillisn't what I'd call clean, especially by the pop machine which is always a disaster. I don't usually put reviews up forMcDonald's, but whether this location is under-staffed or just lazy-staffed, I think they need to put some attention towards it. Read more
