This place was recommended by one of our closed friends and they had some great experience on Chicken Chettinad. For a group of... 3 families, we ordered 3 dishes including Chettinad and the result was surprising. All tasted almost the same and was a bitsweet which is unlike a Chettinad. Name apart the dishes were ok. Chicken was not well cooked and in the Biryani it seemed to bestale. The dish s were modified when we complained and it tasted much better. We went to this place for our first meal of the day which was around 5 PM. The place was empty at that time. We tried the... chicken Rajasthani, masala fish curry, paneer naan, and tandoori roti. Loved the taste of food. The Fish curry was medium spicywith good layers of flavors. Paneer naan was super soft and I was simply overjoyed by eating it. Its a worst place to visit for food. We drove 3hrs to canmore. We were having nice day until we decided to get food from this... place. We spent 141$ on food. Issues: 1. They didn?t gave us the full food. 2. Then the given food (appetizers) was so less inquantity that we almost felt scammed for the amount we paid for it. 3. Besan pakodas only had besan in it. Felt like they triedtheir best to save cost. 4. When we called them back regarding this concern. They told us to bring the food back. 5. The waiter set expectations straight from the beginning that it would take longer than usual, the water glasses were dirty,... however the food was pretty bland, the paneer 65 came with a strand of hair which the waiter denied, we had ordered garlic naanand the waiter had brought regular naan to the table. When we proceeded to let him know, respectfully, the naan order was wrong,he rudely denied. He dropped half of our dal on the ground then left it for us to eat, charged for the entire meal, didn?t evenreplace the meal with the hair on, or didn?t add any extra dal considering he dropped quite a bit. Indian Authentic Cuisine 100% lives up to its name. This is some of the most flavourful Indian Cuisine you will ever have! Raj... will prepare amazing dishes that will make your taste buds sing and dance. I tried the Methi mushroom and it was to die for. TheNann bread is excellent and the Onion bhaji was equally amazing and the chutney is by far one of the best I have had. I haveeaten at over 100 different Indian restaurants and THIS was by far the BEST. So many places make their dishes so oily, tastelessand use inferior ingredients. Raj (owner) and Amin (server) are holding the whole operation down and making dishes of food youwill think about for weeks and months later! Can't say enough positive things about IAC!
