I give one star to A & W Canmore this time, I usually get one kind of sandwich and I was happy most days that how fresh it is,... it was an absolute ?Garbage? and disgusting this time! I?ll take this restaurant out of my list and will never go back again!You pay and you get low quality food! You can?t give customers dried food, God knows how long it was sitting there before I getit, management: you?ll need a better supervision over how your employees serve food! Keep your eyes wide open! Terrible experience Ordered through door dash for local delivery. Order was accepted by restaurant. Waited 20 minutes with the... expectation that food would be delivered soon due to order being accepted by restaurant and delivery driver being assigned.Received a call from delivery driver stating they don?t have ANY of items available that were ordered. Why would the restaurantaccept an order for food they do not have in stock. Please update your door dash if and when items become unavailable. Commonsense would have been to call the customer OR don?t accept the order. Not only did you waste my time but also the deliverydrivers time. Read more

I love A&W since my teenage years. So on my recent trip to the Canadian Rockies with my wife and daughters, we deliberately... looked for an A&W to eat one last time before we flew home to Singapore. We had to drive off the Trans Canadian Highway to findone in Canmore on the way to Calgary Airport. The staff were very friendly. Parking was very convenient. The restroom wasclean. The Nashville Chicken sandwich and the root beer were good. Read more
Been here a couple of times and service is poor and the quality of food has been sad. We ordered onion rings and got half a bag... of old oily rings, went back and they gave us another bag that was just as sad without any apology or explanation. That photo iswhat we were given with our meal. Very surprised and almost thought it was a joke when we took it out of the bag. Read more
