I wish I could give this store zero stars. Two weekends ago we stopped here to order 2 subs before heading to the lake, the... woman was very rude and said well I?m not going to be able to do that because I have 5 pizzas to make. Today I stopped thereagain, the man handling the food was also very rude. Saying out loud ? well too bad, tell them no? referring to a customer thatwas on the phone. He made my 2 subs, slapped them on the counter, I said ?thank you?, he didn?t even look at me and walked away.Such a terrible attitude. Read more
I used to go here all the time and their food was always good and barely made any mistakes with my order, recently i have... stopped bc they continuously give me the wrong order, burn food and even gave me frozen chicken tenders twice before. Read more
Every time I get food it's always burnt. And whenever I try calling to place an order they supposedly can't hear me I just don't... think they care enough stay away from the food and don't bother calling in orders you're better off saving your money and goingsomewhere else Read more
Seen a lot of bad reviews and I?m usually quick to give a one star if I?m unhappy with the service. No line to order food or to... pay for it. Food was ready within 10 minutes and tasted as expected. Read more
They have a worker, Kevin that NEVER knows how to take orders. Then will tell u 20-30 minutes. So you come down 45-50 minutes... and guess who "forgot" to make your order. The manager needs to learn to do there job. This is the SECOND night now that myfamily goes hungry because of them. I'd give them 0 stars if i could. Ridiculous. Read more
Cool branding, very clean, expansive store inside with a fairly legitimate hot food bar. Prices for their convenience items... were high, typical for a location like this. Gas prices are average. Overall, very nice mini mart. Read more
Came to the Dandy Mart on 4/14 after a long day of work with my partner to get some food because we didn't really wanna cook.... Placed an order at 5:42pm. Got two Subs, 2 sides each. After we placed an order we were told by the woman making food it wouldbe a while because she had two pizzas to make ahead of us and my sandwich was to be toasted. Ok... fine. So then another womancomes in and is waiting for her pizza and while waiting, the woman yells for help from the woman up front because the pizza shejust made is sticking to her pan. The woman at the register yells that she has a line. Mind you, the woman in the kitchen justneeded assistance in moving a pizza quick. So instead of telling the customers to give her a second. She says she has a line andkeeps taking orders. Meanwhile the woman in the kitchen is struggling to get this pizza off this pan and basicallymurders/mutilates this pizza. The woman standing waiting for the pizza knows it's her pizza and goes back upfront and requests arefund because she definitely didn't want that pizza. I didn't blame her. So while this was going on, there must have been ashift switch cause the woman who was in the kitchen disappeared. Another woman came in along with a younger guy. They noticedthe kitchen was a mess, nothing was stocked. The young guy jumped in and asked us if we had gotten our order yet. Responded witha No. He asked us when we placed our order, it had almost been 20 mins at this point. He apologized for our very long wait andsaid he would work on it and get it to us as quickly as he could. So by 6:10pm the guy comes over to us and reads our order tous to make sure we have everything and sends us on our way. Now... i don't know how gas stations operate as far as schedulingbut to have one person in a kitchen on a Friday with no help is just stupid. Really wish I could rate them 0 stars. I understand employers are understaffed, and everyone is feeling overworked and tired... but if you're going to go in and do your job you need to do it correctly. I don't remember the last time I went in there andfelt welcomed at all. The employees are extremely rude, the customer service is terrible, they don't answer the phones, giveattitude towards customers and the list goes on. Dandy, fix your store. Read more
