We were visiting the Swan Island Dalia festival and decided to try Wayward Sandwiches in Canby. We had an excellent lunch. I had... the Ruben and the wife had a bowl of their tomato fennel soup. Both were delicious. The servings were generous and we definitelygot our fill. They were pretty busy during the lunch hour, but the staff was friendly and attentive. If it's busy when youvisit, I recommend being patient... I think you will find it's worth the wait. We will be back again for sure. Read more
My wife was looking for a place to eat and happened upon Wayward Sandwiches and decided this is the place. We gathered her... mother and headed. The ladies were immediately talking about how cute the palace was and soooo much wine! The people behind thecounter were very friendly and helpful. We had a couple sandwiches and were able to relax for a bit. Very pleasant place. Thegals had the BLT which they say were terrific. I almost always have the Cuban/Cobano if it?s on the menu. This one was goodbut if I go back I?ll try something different. It would be nice if they had fountain drinks. Read more
Breakfast at Wayward was more than delicious! Loved that I could get an eggs Benedict with gluten-free bread! Yum!
Wayward sandwiches was definitely one of my top favorite stops for my never-ending quest of the perfect fried chicken sandwich.... But recently the last two times have let me down ???? the chicken was dry the sauce was lacking and we were missing the awesomehomemade pickles. Please find a way to fix this there are very few awesome fried chicken sandwich places. On a different notethe pastrami and hash was an amazing medley of flavors. Read more

We stopped here for the first time to grabbed a quick dinner before heading out for Christmasevent. Since we weren't super... hungry we shared tuna melts sandwich. They were so kind to split it for us on separate plates! We are so truly appreciatedthat! We enjoyed our dinner very much! Great place! Exceptionally good service!! Read more
This place is do delicious..everything they serve comes from local places...great wine selection. Live music on weekends, trivia... Thurs nights and Wine tasting Weds are so fun!! Read more
Sandwich was ok. Fries were as if they were cleaning the remnants from the fryer from the day before and piled it on our plate.... Good news though, there was no chance of burning my mouth as they were completely cold. Staff was friendly though! Read more
