Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Did a mobile order that wasn?t ready by pick up time. One sandwich made my boyfriend sick... and I never got to eat mine since it was covered in jalapeño, which I?m allergic to. I?d rather watch $24 burn then ever wasteit at this place again. Read more
Brand new menu! Came out today and it is Amazing!
The staff act as if you are bothering them if you dare walk in to place an order. Then, they put the very minimum of vegetables.... Apparently the phrase "lots of onions" means 6 little onion strips instead of 5 and again, if you request more, they actannoyed. No bueno. Read more
I always mobile order. And they are generally very quick. I usually put the order 15 minutes out, and if they are busy it's... done on time, if it's slow, they are usually done in 5 minutes. I've had 50 orders maybe and only 1 or 2 were slow and that wasbecause it was a holiday and they were packed out the door of customers, so there's nothing they can do. Read more

Usually I don?t write reviews but this experience made me write one. I came in super hungry trying to grab a nice meal. The... employee is making my foot long and as he?s putting the vegetables a FLY sat on my food. I told him to remake it because Iwouldn?t eat it. It?s not sanitary and I refuse to pay for food that can potentially be contaminated. He sounded shocked I askedhim to remake it and said ?I guess? but you could tell he didn?t want to remake it. I guess he wanted me to eat it like that?That?s super upsetting! He should of remade it and apologized for having flies back there. Worst visit to a subway ever. Extremely negative vibe, couldn?t/wouldn?t say cost of extras, paid for it inline and there was... few things to click on to pay for the extras so picked the highest protein charge and than the second female at register wasequally as negative and dishonest in reality in charging a variety of extras which added up to be covered in what I paid andcould care less when I explained what we did and the math of it. No one acknowledged I even walked through the door. Three people. All looking down. No hello. No smile. No be with you in a... minute. I thought I was in the twilight zone. So I ordered online since no one would speak with me. Then my steak and cheese hadless than a tablespoon of meat. I should have read the other comments first. This wasn?t a ?short staffed? situation. This is ano body here cares to work and couldn?t care less if you came in or not. I hope the manger reads these and asks their employeesto bring back better work ethic and values to the table.
