Yesterday, November 10th in the evening we went to Canby McDonald?s. I was going thru the drivethru in line 2. Three cars from... line 1 went thru before I got help in line 2. Fine not going to ruin my night. Staff member came on the ask my order. She hadmusic playing in the background so loud that she could hardly hear her. But she repeatedly everything i ask for so yeah noproblem. So, as I come to the window to pay she still had music playing very loud. She repeated my order and she forgot half ofit which was upsetting cause she got it right at the drivethru speaker. So I repeated my order and she couldn?t hear me due tomusic. So i had to scream my order at her, which was very embarrassing for me to do. Then went to next window to pick up foodand half my order was missing. So, I waiting at the window to get the guy attention. I let him know what i was missing he lookedat me rolled his eyes and tossed my the rest of my food. I understand everyone is understaffed and overworked but just somecommon customers service would be helpful. Train your staff and management due better. Help your team and support them. Read more
Would rate it lower, terrible attitude everytime I go through the drive-thru. I never get my order right and it's never a... complex order. Always closed at night when it says they're open online. Just go to taco bell or a different mcdonalds and savesome stress. Read more
Young people at the drive up windows don't have the actual "life skills" for customer service work. The are very short tempered,... non friendly n down rite rude at time's. I feel wen facing public like in ur job u need t smile, be friendly n put ur personallife on the back burner... N if u can't then u have no business in working w public!! As for food, well let's jus say the youngpeople don't do the cooking ! Read more
Not 24- hours! Workers are inside but not servicing customers. I called and I heard the ring but they hung up on me.
The people that work at McDonald's complain that they don't make enough money and they want to raise the minimum wage I ordered... a quarter pounder with cheese because they don't make a filet of fish after midnight. There's always a problem with McDonald'stheir credit card machine doesn't work they have to take cash or the ice cream machine doesn't work My complaint tonight is Igot a quarter pounder with cheese it's not hard to make and when I bit into it the meat will not cooked. The meat was still pinkand cold. Now I'm not from canby and when I realized that the meat was not cooked I was already on my way into Portland andwhen I called the restaurant they said well why don't you come back and I'll make you a new one. Like I'm going to turn aroundand drive 15 minutes back to canby to get a quarter pounder with cheese and hope and pray they figure it out how to cook themeat. This is just a sign from God that McDonald's is now off the list. These people can't figure out how to keep the meat onthe grill long enough to cook it. Read more
In July I took my family for a ice cream treat to Canby McDonalds. Every ice cream I ordered had an issue with it however this... was my Hot Fudge Sunday I received. Initially I complained and received the second cup. When I wanted to talk to the manager,I was told that this is how they have made their Sundays for 10 years. When I told her that I had never seen such a sad productin Tx. She told me well we are not in Tx. and to have a nice trip back, closed the window on my and basically was rude. I dosuggest that she goes back to McDonalds Corporate and do some retraining in customer service and what the McDonald product issupposed to look like. It was disappointing that McDonalds would put out such a product and be proud of it. Read more

I have visited this McDonald's over 20 times in the last month. I always go in, not once have I ever been greeted. In fact they... always make it a point to ignore me and anyone else who walks in and not once have a seen an employee smile at a customer. Ihave to flag someone down and raise my voice to get service. Tonight I walked in to get an order. It was slow and no customersin drive thru or inside. I waited at least 10 minutes while 1 girl made my whole order on her own and at least 8 other employeesstood around chatting, leaning on counters and drinking from their drink cups on the food packing line. Also have come to thestore multiple times to find hand written messages on their locked lobby door because they are short staffed. Management needsto get it together, train their crew in basic customer service skills, and how to work as a team. Maybe pay your employees alivable wage and create a better workplace culture to retain and attract staff. Read more
