Honestly just very disappointed I placed an online order with a total of 4 sandwiches I came through drive through to pick up my... order, the service was terrible and it took a rediculous amount of time. After waiting a guy who should have been wearing a hairnet handed me a bag of sandwiches. when I got home I pulled out the sandwich that had my name on it. I had ordered a Turkeysandwich and I added cheese I had received a tuna sandwich with cucumbers on it. The smell alone almost made me instantly puke.I ended up feeding it to my dog I honestly felt bad for him this sandwich was so bad my dog didn?t even want to eat it. i ordered a sandwich at 450pm for delivery. it arrives missing ingredients. i call and they send a new sandwich, it?s exactly... the same, so i drive over and have them make in in front of me but the metal barrier makes it hard to see. i double check tomake sure the ingredients are in there, they say yes and even confirm with the guy doing the veggies. still missing items. it?snow 615 and the only reason i?m getting all the ingredients is because i went back in a second time to just get the sides. iseriously paid 15$ for this? I ordered 2 sandwich today and there was hair in my sandwich. We order from this location 2 times a week. Never an issue. I a... made a call and told them what happened. I said to the kid on the phone tounge and cheek maybe throwing in a $25.00 gift cardon top of the refund. He let me know that manager would have to approve the refund. She gets on the phone and tells me that sheWILL refund and thats it. She said I was trying to rip the store off. Read the other reviews. The last three times I've ordered a sandwich from the this Jimmy Johns I have asked for cheese on my sandwich. Only to not... receive the cheese.....Not really the end of the world! However this time I decided to call in and inform the manager that thisis happening. Amy the manager answered the call and asked me if I paid for cheese, after stating that yes I added cheese anddidn't not receive it she said maybe the drive through person did not hear the request?? Delivery was great, Tanner seemed new but still great to deal with. Sandwich ordered online. One was not what I ordered but... manager made it right offering new or credit. Manager handled situation well on complaint and will order again. It is hardtimes find good workers and who I delt with did great. Read more
