DO NOT GO INSIDE NO MATTER HOW LONG THE DRIVE-THRU LINE IS!!!!it's simple math there is 6 ppl working drive thru getting cars... out at around 170 seconds but for the carry out it was more like 480 I use seconds because that's what the drive thru windowwas operating on.I watched the person in front of me and behind me and it was all the same long wait . The dispenser for the arby sauce was empty, brought it to their attention, they gave me packets. Ketchup dispenser was... clogged.We decided to eat inside since it wasn't busy. Tables were sticky. Tonight upon returning home from ordering $30 worth of food the bag gave out and I lost it all, I came back through expecting to... pay full price because it was something that happened after getting home and wasnt the establishments fault, when I pulled upand explained why I had to come back the manager didn't charge me for the replacement. There arent many businesses who would dothis. This manager went above and beyond for sure doing this and made my night with just that act of kindness. I always love Arby's. It is wonderful every single time no matter which Arby's you visit. My husband and I both agree. You... always get fresh, high quality food from sandwiches, to beef sandwiches to those always delicious curly fries. The horsey andArby's sauces just make the meal ok very to the top. Great little place that sits on a private drive on the lake behind Roseland Waterpark. Food was good but the place was... completely deserted. Left me wondering if this Arby's gets any business at all. I definitely recommend going here andsupporting your local businesses before they close down because there's not too many Arby's left out here in Upstate New York. Read more
