Rarely do I give such a poor review, but this Wendy's location is d3finitwly deserving. It is absolutely awful. The staff is... woefully incapable of providing evening customers with even and average customer service experience. For example, in theevenings they have a line because they seem to serve almost one car at a time from order to payment to completion via the drivethrough. It isn't understaffed which is what I expected, but there are just 5 or 6 evening people that are playing, laughing, ontheir phone, etc. all in plain view of the customers. One time an employee fixed themselves a drink and wandered off drinking itwhile I literally sat there waiting for my drink for the 4 for 4 I ordered. Apparently they had forgotten all about me. Thewait times are so long, they don't apologize for them, the orders are often not correct, the customer service itself is poor andto he honest this will be my absolute last time visiting this location. This Wendy?s is a disaster. The floor is filthy. Soda dispenser looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in some time. Water was... dripping from the ice dispenser and there was a soaking wet rug on the floor in front of it. Staff seemed in a daze and couldn?tfunction. Looked like staff had their kids there while they worked. My order wasn?t right and the employee just walked away.Wendy?s corporate should visit this location. Read more
SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER Wendy's. When I stopped in I was I greated by "You good?" Then I was told they were not taking... anymore order after the car before me. It was 3:00 pm on Wednesday September the 7. They asked if I had a large order or not, Ionly ordered a plain baked potato. It was cold. The worst Wendy?s I have ever been to. Went to this location on a lunch break and ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Got back and... ate my sandwich and they had left the cheese wrapper on the sandwich ????. I bit into it!!! Never going back. This place isabsolutely disgusting and disappointing. I got breakfast from this Wendy's this morning and it was fresh and hot. The vanilla frosty Chino was so good. I was very... pleased with the customer service and the food. Thank you, I will be coming to this Wendy's more often. Read more
Not typical Wendy's experience. Floors extremely slippery when we first came in. Must have used the same oily water from the... kitchen mopping. Wife nearly fell several times. Trash cans not put back, out in the middle of the floor, and were not lined.Had salads. Old lettuce. Avocado salad didn't have Avocado. Fountain drinks were weak like the syrup was running out. Staff are disgusting in their hygiene practices, press on nails and attitudes galore. Went in for a simple order and had a... coupon, lady in the braids was not only rude but cussed at us for not telling her at the window. Then preceded to say the couponwas fake, making sure to swing around the bag with our food in it while smacking her lips, that's when we decided at that pointthat this was not worth our time. Very long drive thru line, came in to the most slippery, greasy floors and was not greeted. Every employee moving slow, one... was even on her phone with gloves on and still touching the food with the same gloves. No sense of urgency or customer service. The floor behind the counter was dirty. I wasn't getting the food for myself, or else I would've left and never returned.
