I just purchased a 12-inch Italian Sub for dinner. As I was eating my sub and what appeared was a long strand of black or dark... brown hair and the meat was stuck to the hair. ( I don?t have long hair and it's grey hair at that) I called the store and thegirl told me she couldn?t refund my money because I opened the sub. How else would I have known about the hair if I didn?t eatthe sub? It?s ridiculous!!! Wear a hairnet or a cap!!! That?s just nasty!!!!! I?m tired of these nasty food chains not doingwhat they?re supposed to do to protect the food. Smh Beware of Subway at gender rd and refugee rd they make hairy subs!Yuck!!! I can?t even enjoy a sub and chips after a long hard day at work. $23 to the trash because everyone else stopped eatingand threw them away. Smh! Never again!! Customer service was horrible, host had RBF really bad and she let me know really fast that she didn't feel like doing anything.... If you don't want the job then quit. Read more
Food is always good. Area is a little less then desirable.
Never had an issue with this location before until today. Your crew was awful. Standing around on their phones before people... walked in. Very short with you and not the mention multiple different sodas were out and nobody changed them. Wasted money on adrink for absolutely nothing. Shameful. Read more
I ordered 2 footlongs they both were short on meat and 1 short on cheese, y'all need to teach these KID employees to know what... sub has what amount of meat on it. And I was short on a cookie when I payed for 3. Teach your employees how to do there job theright way and stop goofing around!!! Read more
Staff is rude and will complain about doing their job to a customer's face. At my company that is a very easy way to get... yourself fired. Subs here are mediocre, service is mediocre and when ordering via Door Dash, good luck with having your orderdone right. It's not rocket science to make a sandwich. Read more
Normally the food is really good here. But today, when I picked up order, got home, (I work from home) it wasn't till I finished... half the sub, that I realized it was so dry! And yes it had Italian dressing on it. I was back at work and just didn't botherwith it. I spoke to the to the manager and he was no help. He stated that he assure me that the bread was fresh. If the managerlies, then it makes me wonder about the rest of the crew. Now this will be the last time I ever order from this Subway!!!Ever!!! Read more
Horrible experience at this store & judging by their other reviews, I?m not surprised. My sub had a hair literally BAKED into... the cheese on the bread & the store refused to issue me a refund, claiming it?s their managers policy. Horrible customer serviceon their end, if you put hair in the food why would I want to eat from there again? Not to mention the lettuce tastes old & thepickles are translucent, a sign of bad quality.
