Terrible experience. Waited in the drive thru for 20 min until a worker came out and we asked if everything was OK since no one... had taken our order yet. He went back in and finally someone got on the mic and took the order after I repeated it 4 times Ipulled up to pay. The person that waited on me apparently didn't know how to see what my order was because she asked if I got adrink with my meal. There was no one behind the counter doing anything but talking. After I pulled away and started to eat thefood wasn't hot and it was awful. Would never go to this location again???? Read more
I work at the public storage and was new to this Popeye?s, and I usually am skeptical about Popeye?s because they always not... have something right , I have been there twice first time the for got a piece of chicken I paid for and I asked for strawberryFanta and they gave me a orange soda I didn?t call and complain because I only have 30 minutes for lunch , this time today theythey gave me a strawberry Fanta with no flavor &&- I paid for 3 sandwich?s and only got one I was able to catch the sandwich?sdrove back to get them they only gave me one and asked me to do a review well here it is ! Terrible experience. This establishment is inadequate, unprofessional, and can?t get an order right. My order was a 4 piece... spicy chicken meal with a biscuit, with Cajun fries, along with a regular red bean and rice. My chicken was hard and cold. Mybiscuit was cold. And to top it off, they did not give my Cajun fries. I couldn?t catch a break. These types of establishmentsneeds to reevaluate the Quality of service, and the quality of their staff.
