I went to kfc and got the 16 piece chicken meal. What I got was 16 pieces of chicken that was not fresh and not very tasty.... Corn that tasted old. Biscuits were good. They didn't have the lid on tight on gravy and the gravy made a mess!! All overeverything!!! Very displeased with service!! Read more
If they short your online order they 1 take the phone off the hook so you can't complain. 2 make you call a number to get a... refund. 3 yell at you when you say that's unacceptable. Than refuse to make the shorted food on the grounds that you may callin for a refund and steal. That may be something has happened previously, but to openly accuse anyone of theft is adumb/dangerous move. :KFC owner if instead of responding with "give us another chance to make it right" Fix your restaurant andstaff. Good workers are very hard to find. My order was clear and was read back. I wanted an extra chicken breast. Happy to pay extra... charge. Given some chicken strip I did not want. Had to pay for that as well. Asked for potatoes no gravy. Nope! Workers wereconfused and unsure, but kept charging me more. This place needs some leadership. Really down hill. I explained I was chargedmore than what I wanted and no attempt was made to correct it. I may never go back here. Leadership is lacking it appears. Why2 stars?....... the place was not closed. Ordered 12 honey bbq wings. Staff was so lazy so many people inside but all was standing around. Asked for a medium drink they... said they only had large and didn't want to get medium cups. The guy at the counter was friendly and patient when taking our order. The restaurant itself was disgusting! There was no ice at... the fountain drink area, there was food all over the floor and tables. When we got there, there was a manager napping in a booth(which in my opinion, they could've been washing tables and sweeping the floor) The restrooms were just as bad as the eatingarea. I'll skip this stop next time or head to Arby's, maybe their restaurant is cleaner! Read more
Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes after placing my order, which they asked what I?d like. Then they never said anything,... figured he was busy with the car in front of me. Well then the lights turned off, i pulled up and a girl motions that they?reclosed.. 30 minutes before it says closed at 11. Wasted 20 minutes for nothing. Don?t recommend coming here.
