This is the 1st bad review I have ever posted...I have been to this BK 3 times and each time there was no one taking the orders... at the drive thru. The employee at the window where you pay said drive up to the food window and order there. I drove up,waited at the window which was open and there was nobody inside. I yelled a friendly Hello and received no response. I gentlyhonked my horn and still nothing. I pulled away with nothing. However, I saw what looked like 2 employees smoking in theparking lot on the other side of the building! A similar scenario happened 2 other times! 3 visits and no food on any visits. Awful service. I could definitely tell the lady didn't want to be there, she had such a bad attitude. Then after paying and... receiving our bags of food, realize we were missing a whole meal. We were the only ones in the line with nobody in front orbehind us. Just flat out unacceptable. Read more
Employees told us they weren't allowing dine-in but we could clearly see people eating in. Overall the employees here are... consistently rude or mess up your order, etc. Not really anything good to say about this location. Edit: Staff has had a majoroverhaul. They are short staffed but are nice and hard workers. Please be patient with them if you go. Read more
Worst Burger King in Central Ohio. Its obvious nobody cares here at this location. If you don't believe me try it out for... yourself this place and everyone who works here are a joke. It's no wonder all the Burger Kings in Central Ohio have beenshutting down. This location is an absolute embarrassment to the Community of Canal Winchester. I can not believe Corporate haslet the poor service of this restaurant go as long as it has. They got my order wrong 4 times in a row and I said just give me arefund $41.76 since I ordered for four people in my car at the time including myself on JULY 21st at 7:05 PM. I handed her thefood back then she said you don't deserve your money back and slammed the drive thru window in my face. So now here it isSeptember 12th and still waiting for a refund. This store in Canal Winchester is not good. They rarely get anything right. Went there the other day and had a gift card. ... They refused to use it bc they said their machine could not read it. Took the same gift card to the Burger King at WinchesterPike and Hamilton and had no problem getting the food. Obviously, their machine could read it. That store is worth driving theextra miles. They usually get it right and their service is fast. If I was rating that store, it would get at least 4 stars. Read more
Last time a came here I waited 20 minutes for my food with no other customers there. I didnt want to go back after that but my... boyfriend insisted. We again were the only customers and the employees looked like they've never seen a customer before. Myboyfriend ordered what he wanted to be told it was discontinued. I understand that but I dont understand having it on the menuscreen especially if thats the only thing on the menu. Noticed the employee working the grill was wearing slip on sandles andsocks. We placed our order and waited. At some point the employee put our cups on the counter without a word. We didnt see herdo it. She clearly thought we were stupid when we asked of they were for us. Only 2 pops had syrup so the drink selection wasslim. There was trash on the fountain station as well. We picked the cleanest table we could next to a window once the foodarrived. Food was lukewarm. Ordered poppers which tasted like they were reheated instead of fresh. The employees then decide tostart blaring rap music. The employee working one of the drive thru window was screaming through the store. He was also wearingsandles. At some point a older man comes in to order for his family and is trying to scream his order over the music. I lookedout the window, not only was there huge dead bugs on the sill but there was a dead bird hanging from the light. If the lack ofcustomer service skills werent enough to keep me away the dead bird did it for me. The owner of this BK needs to fix this placeor sell it to the next buyer. Read more
I enjoyed the best Whopper I've had in years on July 6 @7pm. So, I decided to take my family back today for lunch, in the... dining room this time. Staff was friendly and the food was good-Not July 6th good, but still tastier than I've experienced inyears. The dining room needed attention with a hot rag and bleach water and my flip flops were sticking to the floor a bit. Thetakeaway: get your Whopper on here before this Burger King goes downhill too.... they all do, unfortunately. Read more
Absolutely terrible and I mean that with everything in me 2 days in a row I go there and they completely messed my order up. Day... 1 I got a whopper with cheese and everything on it and it came out plain day 2 I got 2 egg and cheese croissant and a sausagebiscuit meal.
