I was here today for lunch and I 've been this place a few times before. However today my experience was terrible and lost... appetite because of the so called owner lady. She was very rude since beginning . I wanted to have the deal what it shows onapp. She told me it is only available from app. So I set there and order through the app. I didn't want to spend too much timeto picking all veggies and that so I basically pick one from site didn't edit any and then sent to order. When the order come totheir system I was asking if we can get toasted and lots veggies She just says, no! you get what you ordered on line only. Can'tchange any! I have been this place so many and didn't have trouble before but OMG this women is something else. When I looked atmy order later, the bread should be Italian and without asking, I was there whole time, she changed to white bread. There aremuch more things that can't describe all. But she was just rude and must wake up wrong side of bed. Next time when I needsubway, I will go to downtown subway instead. Read more
Honestly just awful business practice. If you?re going to threaten people with calling the cops for not wearing a mask, maybe... you should at least provide them? Rude staff that obviously don?t care about their job. I believe there is only 1 guy in there that actually seems to care about his job. Lighten up on the restrictions like honestly. Read more
I love that every bite is an adventure. One bite has lots of mayo, the next bite has mustard, and maybe after that you?ll get... some meat. I normally love sourdough bread, but I prefer if they bake like that, not that it goes sour because it?s old. Ididn?t realize you could mess up a sub as bad as this, and when you try and talk to the manager about it, he doesn?t seem tocare. The one thing that bugged me the most was watching the workers including the manager constantly putting their fingersunder their masks while they are handling food. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. I would like to make my sub made how I want it. I would like to be respected when asking for... my extras on my sub. Not just told that our sauces and vegetables are not for sale. To be clear I am willing to pay extra tohave the sub how I would like it. Rude staff would not recommend going here at all cost its like the sauce and extra veggiescomes from their own pockets. But id still pay for them if allowed. Passing through while doing some running around. Thought I might stop to get a sub. I asked for my sauce on the side so I could... put it on at home. When the workers roll my sub it ends up a complete mess and after the half hour drive home it's not edible. Ioffered to pay for extra sauce so I could have enough sauce to enjoy my sub. The worker and manager refused saying "our sauceisn't for sale" so I opted to eat elsewhere. First time trying subway in a long time. It will be the last time. Super stingy onsauce rude employees and manager. Not worth the stop, just eat elsewhere you'll enjoy it more. This location is 5 star. Went in today with a large order for work and had absolutely no issue getting all the subs/wraps. When... we have tried the other location we were told we had to pre-order when it is more than 2 subs. I will most definitely be usingthis location all the time now. Pleasant, friendly, quick.
