When you?re paying $9 for a drink you expect it to be made correctly. Make sure to confirm your order always before leaving... this particular Starbucks. At the speaker and the window. (Otherwise you?ll have to wait another 10+ minutes at the window whenthey get it wrong) Read more

Don?t bother online ordering you get it faster when you walk in and order from the till. Also there?s flys in the dining area

I am a regular customer at the Starbucks in Camrose and I usually don?t have issues with them. But the night of March 11th it... was really off putting and will not probably be going back. We had pulled up to the drive thru at 7:40pm everything was open,lights on, staff inside. There was a car at the window and we were at the order screen. We sat there for 5+ minutes waiting withnobody taking an order. The screen said if you need help ordering pull up to the window so we did just that. And sat at thewindow for 5+ minutes while the employees just looked at us. Finally one of them, a girl, made a gesture as cutting the throatand implied not going to help us. This was very unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. If it seemed to have beenclosed we wouldn?t have went in the drive thru and a simple we aren?t able to serve anyone right now on the intercom or openingthe window to let us know would have went a long way. Even signs to describe the matter posted on windows would have beenhelpful and simple customer service. It was a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks we go to most. Read more

I am a regular customer in Starbucks Camrose, I love the old employees, I never complain unless it is not drinkable. Recently... though it is getting worst! Everytime I order it doesn't taste right. Sometimes it will still taste strawberry although Iordered java chip. Today though, I ordered 3 drinks and none of them taste right! I returned the Java chip because it was toobitter, they made a new one but it is worst than the first! I will never come there again, I will just drive to Wetaskiwin thangoing back there! Read more

They are literally the best. I called and asked if I could order over the phone as I wait outside because I had my dog with me... walking from the dog park, they brought me everything I ordered and waited outside with my dog while I went in to pay. ????????couldn't ask for better service from them. Their all really great staff every time I go there. There was even a time I droppedmy cake pop and they gave me a new one free of charge. I can't say enough good things about them, very well done.
