One of the best places to get groceries in town, definitely a better selection and pricing than most items at Walmart.

One of the cleanest Superstores in Alberta, with a great layout. Items are easy to find and cashiers were very polite.

This is a big, actual building and it is laid out quite differently than any other Real Canadian superstore I have been in. It... has a quite large department store section and a smaller grocery store section. Can I say much more than that, not really. It isa Real Canadian superstore and all that entails. Lower prices in general and less specific merchandise but it is where you goto shop on a weekly basis. If you want some specialised products, you might have to try other stores. Read more

Decent grocery store. Mostly reasonably priced groceries that are usually in stock. Includes a pharmacy, household items and... small appliances, as well as some hobby items such as yarn. Read more

Why do stores try to trick you. A picture of products ... if you buy 3 they are $5.00 each. I buy 3 products the same as the... picture. On my bill they are $6.00 each. Now I have to pull my groceries out of the truck, cart them back into the store to get$3.00 back. I am so sick of this store. Cashiers ram your groceries thru, its expensive and limited in it's selection. DONE. Read more

Doesn't follow Canadian Values. This location is a casualty of corporates attitude and intent to maximize profits at the cost of... rural customers. Routinely people have raised product availability concerns about this location yet nothing happens. This is asmaller rural location that supports a distributed population with only one location. Yet the larger city stores routinely getprioritized and provided all of the products needed to fill their shelves where as smaller locations like this that are the onlyone get shorted routinely. Please see freezer section pictures to highlight the issue. Friends in Edmonton and Calgary thathave multiple locations have shelves and freezers stacked full. If one store in the city doesn't have a product a shopper couldalways goto another one. Smaller centres like Camrose on the other hand have to drive an hour to get to the next closestsuperstore to get products that should have been in stock. Instead it appears that the person who controls distribution is moreworried about stocking a store that has 5+ other locations and other brands in the area that belong to the Loblaws group thantaking care of the rural folks who help put the actual food on the table. Another fun feature is the deceptive pricing thatsuperstore uses. Alot of multi buy offers don't ring in correctly. And when the store doesn't have sufficient stock to get allof the products to get the multibuy. They refuse to honor their advertised prices. Just a further example that this business isless Canadian than the label would lead you to believe. Response to the "Owner". Calling your customer support number andspeaking with the reps is moot. I have brought 2 concerns forward in the past 2 years. Promised follow up and that the issueswould be addressed. On neither occasions did your associates reach back out with information or solutions to the issues. Sohow about you action the information provided here and look into it before rural Canadians f Read more

I was here to shop. I found a item that was on sale for 11.99. It was a heck of deal I thought. I was trying to check and all... it says with "tide" with wired letter that who knows what anyhow I brought to cash register and cashier called manager andlooked like she knows it happened before? As soon as she sees the product see says" this will be interesting". And she calledsupervisor Tracy. She went check and told they wouldn't honor it since it's different product. But it was the one with displayand all there was with these products and big sign says 11.99 on it. In the mean time she called other supervisor to overridesomething else that she did mistake. Suoervisoe"AMANDA" came and hear conversation and said " HAVE TO READ THE SIGN WHAT ITSAYS!" What a attitude she was giving inservice business as a supervisor !! Yes I was trying to read and yes it says tide andwith the some initial product description. Sorry I didn't know what that means but please don't bother to apologize that youdid FALSE ADVERTISING! All you need to was a little apology instead or pay for what your mistake was.which some store do it forcustomer service. Obviously your superstore at camrose isn't one of those who cares Read more
