You order online and set a pick up time, just to arrive to pick up and find the store itself is not open and you have to wait in... the drive through line to be able to pick up. Not impressed, ended up waiting long past my pick up time!!! Will not order fromKFC Camrose again. Read more
Me and my family ordered a bucket of chicken and a few sides, along with some gravy. After we payed we were told to go wait in... the parking lot. We waited for about 25-40 minutes. My family always checks the food before we leave town because we live faraway, so when we checked our food we found a greasy glove along with our gravy missing. My parents were disgusted and angry thatwe waited so long for our food just to have it missing and a glove inside. My parent and sibling went in to show the glove andask for our gravy. They tried talking to a worker (maybe manager) at the front, my parent told the worker what happened and thegirl grabbed the glove out of their hand and just said ?oh?. You guys should change the information on this site. It says your drive thru is open at 10 am but at the entrance it says not... open till 12. Also the food we got last night must have been in the warmer all day. Overall it I could give less the one star Iwould. Read more
Once again paying for food a customer doesn't get. Got home was shorted on food I paid for called the store. Back in my car... drive back across town get there then have to wait 15 mins get order check it shorted me again back in the store? Screw up aguys order and no one checks and cook don't know what the meal is come on. 2 trips to the store. Other customers check yourorders before you leave the store. Xl gravy not KFC standards watered down. Was hoping to eat at KFC locally support for localbusinesses is something my family does. Keeping money employing locals at this time is important to communities since covid. Ionly ask to get what I pay for and the KFC standards I get at other stores. The 1 star may be too much. Read more
