Terrible service. Overpriced food.
Went here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The wings were great, light crispy coating and good flavour - Garlic... Parmesan. I had the Beef Nachos which were well made, chips were crispy, good flavour. Nice balance of.toppings andcheese. Hubby had the Hot Hamburger Sandwich, was really good. Nicely good, reasonable gravy and a good portion. Fries werewell cooked and yummy. Totally worth going doe wing night on Wednesdays. Read more

This was my 1st visit to a casino and I was expecting a lot more. There was only a few people and we didn't understand how the... slots worked and blew our budget in a few minutes. We left pretty disappointed. I wasn't hoping unrealistically for a huge win,just some fun, it was boring and I never went back. In fairness we went on a Saturday afternoon so maybe it would have beenbetter at night. Read more
Last Saturday evening we met some friends at 6 pm and sat and visited until 1:30 am ( being the only ones in the pub from 8 pm... till 1:30 AM) and during that time we were fed below average food, rushed to pay our bill, had staff move all the tables andchairs in the entire place to mop the floors and re- arrange the layout except for our table( but they still mopped close to ourfeet) and the worst of it all was that we were NEVER served again from once we paid our bill till we left. We were never evenapproached. To top it off, the pub kept getting colder and colder so I think they turned the heat way down for closing time. Icould understand if we were being rude, disruptive or if this happens to us all the time but this was a first for us....and theLAST time we'll set foot in that casino or pub. Read more
Staying at the Best Western that is attached to this Casino restaurant. Yesterday I was told, I had to move seats to watch... Monday Night Football because they couldn?t change it from golf that was obviously pre-recorded and no one was watching. TonightI sit down in front of a tv with the World Series playing and they switch it to hockey and make me move yet again. This placehas absolutely no idea what customer service is! There are not a ton of restaurants in the area, however if you want a gooddining experience, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Beware! Read more
Comfortable lounge, with excellent food at a fair price. Burgers are hot and fresh, and sweet potato fries are cooked to... perfection. Bonus, comedy shows and other events to watch some you eat. Read more
Came in on a bus. We were the first to be waited on and ordered 3 orders of soup and toast. That was at 5:20pm. Rest were served... and got their orders. At 6: 05 we were told they were out of soup. In the meantime others ordering after us got their soup andmeals. Not impressed. Needed to be back on the bus by 6:15. Read more
