My wife and I stopped in to grab ourselves something to eat for lunch today what should of been 5 mins turned to over 20mins!... I'm not sure where to begin with this review so I'll just go from what I have been able to absorb from this whole experience. Wewere handed our cups to fill our drinks ourselves but when we arrived to the fountain drinks none of them worked as intended(no syrup or carbonation in most flavors) my wife grabbed a mix of what was available which really was a whole lot of diet cokeor what resembled it. I asked an employee (1 of 2 working at this location) for some assistance indicating the syrup was out andthat if she could look it over to see if it was in fact out or malfunctioning. The employee I asked was also the one cookingthe food and she managed to not put in the correct chicken which was supposed to be a part of the spicy sirracha chicken meal.As she was in a hurry trying to work on the fountain drink she neglected to tell the other employee whom served us aboutanything and as that employee was going back and forth we noticed her drop the bun from my wife's meal which was about to hitthe ground. The first employee that served us quickly seen the error from her counterparts mistake and says to me she's sorrybut at this time we aren't amused by essays going on and just want to head out. We arrived at home where I quickly went over mymeal adding the spice it needed and adding some lettuce,cheese etc.. Sadly to say this whole experience has put a sour taste inmy mouth on the brand. As others have said, painfully slow, understaffed it seems. Just about every drink choice out of syrup (argued with us). Order... not correct - waited 20 minutes for food with only 2 orders ahead of us. Read more
Make sure you dont order food here, its to hard for the employee there to do her job.
Surprised to see a BK in a Walmart, as much as I was Surprised to see a Walmart that was clean, tidy, staffed, and friendly.

Experienced wonderful customer service. Staff members are good and very co-operative also
