Place looks nice. Wait Staff did there best. But that kitchen was horrible. Poppers where cold and you get 6pc for 7.95. Nachos... were cold and pizza tasted funny and was just sause no cheese on a cheese pizza. It took over an hour to get food. Still left agood tip for the waitress as it was not her falt. But if we could take off money for the kitchen that would be great...they needto fix some stuff around this place. Read more

Service is awful. We ordered, then waited an hour for the appetizer to get here. Not to mention, it was fried pickles. So it... wasn't anything extra. We visited 5-6 times while staying in the area for work. The bartenders in the garage area were attentive and friendly but if... you ever ordered food you could expect a ridiculously long wait. Every single time we went, the service for food was terribleand It didn?t matter if the place was busy or not. If you sat at the bar -of it was staffed- drinks were quick but food wasstill slow. If you sat anywhere other than the bar, you waited 20-30 mins for a bar drink and over an hour for food. Themanagement never stepped in to help overwhelmed/slow/confused servers and never apologized for the wait times. Good service, prices are a bit high for the food quality. The kids loved it. My wife and I thought it was ok and both agreed... that if we were in the area we would eat there if we were hungry enough, but we would not make a special trip just to go there.I got the habanero mango chicken wings which tasted great, but the chicken was overcooked and dry and a little tough to eat.Overall it's not a bad place to eat but it is expensive for what you get and it's not a great place to eat in my opinion. So I ordered a pizza after I waited 40 minutes they brought me a pizza that was the wrong toppings I tell them they run it back... through the oven so it was over cooked but they didn't even cook it with the right toppings on it they through the topping Iordered on top of it raw and brought it back so I said I'm not eating that just bring me my ticket for the drinks and theydidn't apologize offer to fix it nothing then I waited another 20 to 25 minutes for the ticket. Needless to say after that kindof service/customer service I won't be back ever. It use to be a good place to eat so now my recommendation to anyone wanting totry it or go there now is to keep on driving I waited over an hour to pay 6 dollars for 2 drinks and some seriously bad service.I have traveled a lot ate at a lot of places done a lot of reviews and that is by far the worst customer service I've everreceived. 1st time here with the family and was not disappointed. We had pizza and wings and both are very good. They also have a gluten... free pizza option which made my daughter very happy since she can't eat gluten. It is a sports bar / restaurant so expect it tobe a little loud. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because table was dirty when they seated us but did clean it when wepointed it out. Manager and waiter were friendly and kitchen staff was working hard cranking out orders fairly quickly. Read more
