The food all came at separate times and was cold. We ordered 3 burgers. It wasnt busy at 5pm on a wednesday. They changed... waitresses without saying anything. Forgot to bring drinks and we had to ask for cutlery. They did comp the calamari because itcame after the burgers. Would have rather went to Wendy's. BC Ferries is way better than this location. This is a nice place to stop with the family, good brunch and lunch options especially. They are extremely kid friendly and... patient, and our service was quite good in general. No real complaints! I do wish they were a little less aggressive aboutselling alcohol, as there is more drink menu than food, and that doesn't really suit the reason I go there. We came in the restaurant around 7:50am ordered and are food didn?t come until 8:40am. We waited forever and only three other... tables were occupied. When we got our food the only thing that was hot was our smash browns and I got about 4 in my order withthe rest crumbs. I don?t suggest this place to anyone. Being a big food chain you figure they would have better service. Theygave us free coffee but we didn?t complain about the coffee it was nice and hot and fresh. Read more

Was totally disappointed, waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. We were never offered drinks or anything while... seated. The restaurant was not busy at all, 3 tables of patrons and 4 servers. The servers were talking and ignoring patrons.Will not be back, worst service ever. Read more

White Spot is really behind its time. Not one veggie or seafood breakfast option. And a serving of greasy fried potatoes for... breakfast. Hope they introduce some more variety to the breakfast menu in the coming future. I remember them having greatveggies omelettes back in the day. Read more
