I ordered through app with deal buy 1 and a pop and get second for $.99. Somehow I messed up using the app and received 1 sub.... They refused to fix it because I just picked up the order even though I didn't leave the premises. WHAT??? I gave 2 star becausethey give enough ingredients on the order. Read more
I had the most rude poor service of any restaurant in a long time. I stopped to pickup a curb side order. No response. I went in... and was told they had no order. I confirmed location and went back. Employee said ?I told you before you are at the wrongstore?. I showed her the location and she made the sandwich. Took nearly an hour. Came in last night for a sub. I have visited many sub ways in Western Canada. This was by far the best experience I have ever... had at a Subway anywhere. The had chill music playing and the fellow that prepared our sandwiches was such a happy and positivecharacter that we couldn't do anything but smile and enjoy. The Sandwiches were exactly what one would expect from a Subway butthe employee is what made this experience so memorable. Thanks Subway! Read more
The most rudest service I've had. Was really short and had a temper when placing my veggies and putting my sandwich together. He... wasn't putting much on my sandwich also. Didn't say, "hello" or have good manners. Will not be going back to this place either.Campbell river had become very poor in making every food place enjoyable. Either understaffed or over worked.
