Unfortunately this location is terrible the chicken is either tasteless or greasy as all hell . Went in and ordered 1 kids chicken tenders, one toonie Tuesday special and a couple biscuits and got over charged. Then when... going thru bag realized they gave me & charged me for 2 kids chicken tender meals when I only ordered one. They need to learnto focus on the customer in front of them and let the person in drive thru handle the drive thru. Read more

Ordered 2 seperate 6 PC's chicken tenders packs ,one box came with a few small ones ,and the other box came with only 4, when I... phoned Sharin said that it couldn't be they always put 6 in the box ,basically saying I was wrong,lying or couldn't count,stillnot sure Wich one she meant,I explained I could count just fine thanks, she offered me 2 single tenders on my return visitwhen I ordered my next meal ,but then changed her mind I guess and said a replacement box of six ,I guess she was assuming I wascoming back. I politely said that probably wasn't good enough to compansate for the troubles ,and I think the worst part of theexperience was KFC telling me I was wrong at first. Small portions lately ,or wrong order ,and lack of staff training on how totalk to customers.Im hoping they read this and get better. Read more
This location is always hit or miss. Sometimes you go and the chicken is fresh and juicy, the gravy is perfect, and the fries... are fresh and delicious. Next time you go and you'll get greasy puny chicken pieces, gravy that looks and tastes like theybought packages at superstore, and fries that were made some time in the sixties. Consistency would sure be appreciated, butit's the only location for miles around, so they get away with this behaviour. Read more
What can you say... Typical for KFC in my opinion. 4 piece original recipe chicken box w/ fries, coleslaw salad and side of... gravy. Quick, hot, and of course the side of gravy was amazing. So unfortunate not to have a location in Comox Valley. Nicehowever to have a reason to visit Campbell River or Nanaimo. Will be back! Read more
Gotta love that gravy. The poutine is awesome. The chicken is always the best. Unfortunately, their hours seem to be very... sporadic and living outside of town you never know if they?re going to be open. Posted hours on Google or Siri don?t correspondwith actual hours so it?s always a gamble. Lucky there is a Wendy?s next door to take my money and pretty darn good too. Read more
