Very curt, abrupt lady took our order... almost left over that. Ordered 3 appetizers, spring rolls were very small, sauce was... good, but roll was one of the worst EVER, unidentifiable, tasteless meat. Dumplings were hot, but super greasy and alsoflavorless. Chicken pieces, or whatever they were were soaking in grease.. probably the worst Vietnamese restaurant we've everbeen too. We don't leave very many bad reviews but giving this 2 stars was generous. Food was acceptable, but way overpriced. Not pleased with the service, I?ve come in more than once and the lady is chatting on... the phone. It doesn?t seem like taking orders is her priority. I didn?t feel valued as a customer. I wouldn?t mind the price ifthe service was better. Unfortunately this is the only Vietnamese restaurant in Campbell River so I guess there isn?t muchmotivation to improve. I would definitely come more often if it wasn?t for the poor service. Likely the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. The woman who took our orders was so rude and abrasive. The Pho... was fine. The menu overall is sooo overpriced. The spring rolls were tiny and $9 for 3, the deep fried tofu ($14.95) wasbasically a bowl of raw onion and otherwise not seasoned. Would not recommend. Read more

The Pho was average. Nothing to excited. The service was not all that friendly. It?s good if the pho came with all the... ingredients with the start instead of checking if we needed the bean sprouts and basil. Anyway this is a decent place with thelimited options in Campbell River. Read more
