If I could give 0 stars then I would. I live in the area and go here a lot & I would say that 75% of the time I go they will... mess up my order. I usually only order one thing but they still manage to mess it up. I?d rather drive to a different Dunkin atthis point because I?m so irritated. Literally go to any other location except this one. Always something floating in my drinks, clearly the machines aren?t being cleaned as well as they should be. Lots of times I?ve... thrown away drinks and wasted money as I didn?t have the time to go back every time. Staff is overall nice, which is sometimesthe only reason I go back. Donuts are day old for full price all what?s going on 12 .00 not cool old food pass on full price
On 6/29/22 I came thru the drive thru & ordered breakfast sandwich sour dough sandwich bacon & asked 2 add sausage with hash... browns. When i received my order my hash browns were burnt the sandwich was not toasted & there was no bacon. I asked for arefund & was told to come back in the morning becuz she the manager had no card to give me a refund so gave me my receipt back.Her attitude was unprofessional it was as if they having fun @ my expense. I feel they were very unprofessional. I will nevergo there again. Read more

I ordered 2 Breakfast sourdough sandwiches that I did not open until I got home. Unbelievable. The sourdough bread was not... toasted or grilled and the bacon was basically non-existent.
