We came here after reserving for a spot 1 week in advance. We got 2 kinds of tea sets, The Duchess? Delight and their special... menu, The Glories of Spring. Teas and sweet desserts were really good, but sandwiches can be better - bread was not that soft.The chicken artichoke florentine soup that came with The Glories of Spring set was really good! It was savory and creamy at thesame time. Each afternoon tea selection comes with all the listed food items, individual tea pot, and your choice of dessert.They?ll also give you some biscotti biscuits and lemon custard on the side - this was such a good pairing! Came here with a small group (~10) and we got to sit in a long table by the window, which is lovely. The whole place looked... romantic and pretty, and all the servers had nice maid outfits which contributed to the ambiance. I ordered the special Irishplate, which came with a soup in addition to all the finger sandwiches and scones. I found all the components to taste prettygood. I do wish they used the traditional tiered plating though, as it was all the items were crammed on a small plate anddidn't look very nice. The staff may have been giving us extra time to chat, or maybe they were too busy/understaffed. Sometimeswe had to wait a bit to get service. Also they came with the dessert so late that everyone just decided to take it to go, whichis a nice option they offered but maybe we would've enjoyed it there if they brought them out sooner. It was a pleasant experience in Lisa's Tea Treasures. It is cozy and quiet with nice deco and sittings. Great place for a tea... and chat with friends. Food serves with small portion. Food is not great here but that's not the purpose to come anyway.Recommend tea pot and scones. You won't regret coming here for a lazy slow afternoon. Don't forget to make appointment ahead oftime. Lovely atmosphere, with a great staff that was very attentive to our needs. So many choices for tea, it was hard to choose!... Peach strawberry black tea was my final decision, and I had a savory sandwich selection, along with biscuits (cookies), sconeswith clotted cream and jam, and a cranberry custard cookie-crusted dessert. It was all outstanding! The little silver bell toring for service was cute, and we all had our own individual teapots with a cute tea cozy. Read more
