Horrible customer service. Very dirty too. I wanted to eat in, but left and eat in my car instead. All the tables and seat were... dirty (floor too). I used the KFC App to order prior to Superbowl. Got there and had a clerk with a blase attitude that the app canceled my order... and "it happens all the time". It was no big deal to him and he clearly didn't care. It took a couple of minutes to convince himthat I still needed my order to be filled. Waited around while they finally got my order together. Went there for lunch ????. I haven't been there in over 2 years. The chicken ????was just as delicious as I remember. I had the... 3 piece meal original recipe chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit. And a small drink. The employees were sofriendly the cashier gave me a senior discount.
