Great sandwiches and my sandwich was made excellent, however, the man taking orders today was extremely rude and dismissive.... When inquiring about adding an item to my sandwich, he retorted in an aggressive way as if it was expected for me to know theentire menu and what goes on sandwiches. Easy, easy way to lose customers. Came in for lunch. Got the new ciao down sandwich. I added cucumber it was delicious had a good ratio of ingredients. I also got... a cup of the Italian wedding soup. It was a little bland so added salt and pepper. Ended it with some carrot cake was nice andmoist. I also got some whole dill pickles but forgot pics. They have my favorite pickles and good news if you like them. Thecashier told me they are going to start carrying jars of 12-15 pickles for 6.99 not sure if that's all locations or just the oneon bascom. Read more
Our first visit here was awesome. Service was beyond amazing. Super welcoming and friendly. I asked for a different cheese on... one of the salads and even though the cook had accidentally made it while she was ringing us up with the wrong cheese, he remadeit for me, happily. I didn't feel like a burden for requesting the change... which is not the case at many places. The food waswell worth the price. The kids sandwiches came with orange slices which was a nice touch.
