it may have been the shift we were there but this place was a mess. The tables were dirty. napkins and cup tops were out. ... The staff was ineffective. The service for the onsite guests was very slow and for the online guests it was awful. They were40 minutes late for my friend who ordered on-line. She talked with us while we waited in line and ate. Her food was finallyproduced as we were finished. They had staff they just didn't put people on tasks. The manager should be retrained andtaught to take ownership of running the store. Read more
This is by far the worst chipotle I?ve been to. The girl working today 6.29 is so rude had her headphones in and tries to get... you out of her sight asap, and they were out of rice and many other things! I asked how long it?s gonna take for more rice andshe said rudely 30 mins, what!? It?s like they don?t want you to eat there. Worst Chipotle Branch I have been to so far. People are rude, they stop making food 1.5 hours before and simple say they are out... of beans, fajita, chips guacamole. This is the 7th time this has happened. We stay next door so this is convenient Their scannerdoes not work most of the time to give us points or use rewards. Once a week atleast scanner has issue. The owner doesn't doanything to improve the situation. Even thought they close at 10pm, they don't allow us to sit inside starting 8:50pm. Pro - Plenty of parking - Easy online ordering - Online order was ready at the exact pick up time - Burrito bowl was perfect,... fully packed with good portion, and instructions for salsa on the side was followed - Food was great tasting Con - Chips weremostly crumbs/broken with a few whole chips :-( Read more
Worst Chipotle I've Ever been to. And I eat at Chipotle often at least once a week from the east bay to Sacramento to So... Cal. Ordered 2 Burritos came 25% the Regular Size. Brought it to the attention of a female employee working on Halloween nightonly one. She shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you that's the size. I asked have they run low on foodare they trying to make it last, what? Oh yea we ran out of tomatoes. Well that's only 10% max of the ingredients. I go to sitdown feeling short changed. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to the one by Santana Row if you have the time. Do not expect good service or food here. Do not go here... early or late. They do not prepare well to serve customers at open or close. I visted here again and was again disappointed.Not sure why I did.
