Prices have gone up, and quality as well as serving size/amounts have gone down dramatically! Wendy's used to be the highend of... the fastfood establiments. They had a salad bar along with a baked potato toppings bar back it the day. And the double stackpatties used to be thicker than a pack of Pokemon cards and wider. Overall, everyone (the consumers) are getting severelyswindle and bamboozled by pretty much all of the consumer goods corporations. They're all still reporting record profitsregardless of minimum wage going up. The could still be bringing in close to record profits with minimum wage going up "as itshould" without changing the sizing/portions of what you get with just a little increase in pricing. But no they are doublingthe prices and giving the consumers less. Triple dipping if you will. Read more
Dirty, very disgusting service. After my friend told her order to this rude woman. Then she took off to talk to the people in... back. I waited for a good 10 minutes then just walked away. Pay more attention to detail at drive thru. Complete order, Napkins, Sauces, straws. Smile and maybe not only double check thise... things but still ask if anything is needed. Read more
Horrible customer service. Waited in an extremely long line that took forever because they would only take one order at a time,... feel it, then take the next order. Poorly managed and needs better training on how to handle a fair number of people orderingfood. Read more

Very rude. We were the only customers and we were at the counter for a bit with no one acknowledging us for a couple of minutes... even tho they saw us. When the manager finally came to the counter. She did not welcome us she just stated use kiosk to theright. Not a hello, how are you nothing. No pride I'm their job. If you do not intend on servicing the customers at the counterat least a sign should be put up welcoming the customers and explaining they need to use the kiosk. Read more
Ordered 4 piece chicken nugget and they were inedible. Received 5 and only 1 was fresh. The others looked and felt like they... had been sitting there for days. Threw them all away. Paid for absolutely nothing. Read more
