Strike 3 your out!!! Third time in a row the food was stale. Definitely not at all fresh. Like one bite and done. Yuck ! I... really dont believe for a second its because their short staffed. As with any establishment these days, this place has suffered low staffing issues and the day we went there were only what... appeared to be two employees working the drive-thru; one taking the order and one delivering. It was Sunday, it was busy and thewoman delivering was definitely busting her butt and the guy that was taking orders was attempting to keep up. Even though itdid take forever, the food was made correctly, it was good and hot by the time we got it. Camp Verde Sonic did their job to thebest of their ability and we appreciated it. Read more
Not a bad spot. Food was good but took a little while. Initially looks clean but don't look really hard. Easy to notice the... ketchup and sauce stains at the base of the seats. Looks as if no one cares enough to really clean the place. Also note it's notoften, if ever, I've seen a dine in sonic, but this was definitely my first time stopping in one. Customer service was decent,but I noticed 4 employees on their phone while waiting on my order and when it came up, they forgot my drink and when Iinquired, they questioned me and went back through their kiosk to verify my claim. In the end, they realized they were wrong andgave me the drink I paid for. The biggest inconvenience was the kids/high school baseball team being obnoxiously loud, dramatic,and jumping off seats and tables. Overall, it's a decent place to dine. Read more
Ordered a kids meal with crispy tenders (chicken) & fries. Terrible! The chicken tenders were beyond overcooked, dried out and... we're not tender. The fries were old, cold, overcooked and hard. The soda (Dr Pepper) that came with it was watered down andflat, no flavor. As for the toy that comes with it, Space Jam Basketball Cards, really???... basketball cards???
