Absolutely the worst EVER. Absolutely No customer service at all, very rude, very disrespectful. Did online order an hour later... I called to be told it would be another 2 hours.. They are 1.2 miles from where we were. So, decided to help them out and gopick it up from them. Once I get there they were very rude even more.. We still said thank you have a nice day.. With justrolling eyes and attitude as a reply... Food was not good at all. The crust was still soggy and way to greasy. Absolutely theworst experience I have EVER had... Disappointing?. One of our pizzas was clearly burnt on the top, They put WAY too much sauce on our pizza?s that we didn?t even... ask for extra sauce and the dough is rolled out way too thin and all you can really taste is the sauce. Domino?s is usuallygood but unfortunately their time it definitely wasn?t for us. Maybe thicken up the pizza dough so it doesn?t feel like all youreating is just the sauce and toppings, and most of all don?t burn the food! Read more
Placed a delivery order on Domino's app. Came relatively quick. Driver (Phil) was not real friendly. Biggest complaint was Pizza... was burnt and stuffed cheese bread was over cooked. Anastasia's quality control was poor at best. App offered a free pizza butno thanks will take my business elsewhere. Read more
My boyfriend and I decided that we would go ahead and buy Domino's for lunch. I ordered online and ordered a medium pizza,... cheesy stuffed breadsticks and a 2-liter Sprite. After he picked up the food we were very pleased with how the cheesybreadsticks turned out and properly devoured it. When we moved onto the pizza, we both realized there was little to no sauce onthe pizza and I had ordered extra sauce. My boyfriend pulled up some of the toppings and cheese to confirm that there was hardlyany sauce on. After discovering this, we instantly called up the Domino's and let them know that our pizza that we had orderedwith extra sauce was lacking and just wanted to know what they could do for us. We asked if we could take the pizza we orderedin in hopes to clear up the situation or maybe to let them see if they made a mistake, the lady on the line didn't seem veryhelpful at all and would immediately sideline any of our questions and offered us two options for them to remake the pizza orget store credit. We were taken aback by the attitude we were getting and decided to let them remake our pizza. We didn't tellthem what order was ours or what was on the pizza, the lady on the phone didn't ask just said it'd be ready in 15-20 minutes(maybe she knew what our order was?) to send us on our way. We thanked very politely and got off the phone. I was alreadyspooked by the attitude and the fear of food tampering immediately crept in (not to accuse them of doing so, just a personaldeep fear acquired from working in the fast food industry), I decided I would suck it up and eat the pizza we already had withsome marinara sauce I received with the breadsticks. I feel really bad for not picking up the remade pizza (if they had done so)and don't really want to cause trouble, but this isn't my first displeasing experience with this store and I wish I had justgone to a different place for a more fulfilling meal.
