Well worth a stop during a trip to Camp Verde. The wines were great and the owner shared a lot of history about the winery and... area. It was interesting to learn how the water quality has an affect on wine production and the growing of the grapes. One ofthe best wineries around the Sedona area. The white wines especially were really good! Recommend adding this to the ""must do"list during a trip into the Sedona area!! Read more

I recently visited with my friends and it was our first time at Clear Creek Vineyards. Ignacio greeted us at our table and... shared about the winery. We were served a beautiful charcuterie board along with a tasting of 8 wines. All were wonderful. The setting is beautiful and just a quick drive from Phoenix. We'll be back! Read more

We randomly stopped here and enjoyed our experience. There is only one gal working to care for all the guests but she was... incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The red wines stood out to us here along with the delicious cheese tray. Read more

Wonderful little winery experience. Only had one person serving all the guests but she was stellar and very helpful. Cheeseboard... was worth the money, lots of tasty morsels on there. Picture is after we ate nearly half of it! Very impressed that all the wineis grown and produced on the estate! Certainly had some unique wines on the tasting list. Worth a stop if you're in the area! Read more

My husband and I stopped here for a Sunday afternoon wine tasting and we?re so glad we did as it?s a little hidden gem on the... side of the road! We tasted the flight and we had so much fun. The atmosphere is so cute and quaint. There?s outdoor seatingthat looks onto the vineyard or you can sit inside, we opted for outside as it was such a nice day. The whole experience wasnothing short of amazing and our server was so knowledgeable and charming. We had such a great experience we ended up buying 4bottles to take home. If you?re in the area I highly recommend stopping by! Read more

My wife brought me here on a whim. Barbara was very knowledgeable and sweet. We each did a wine tasting and took home two... bottles. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the prices aren't bad either. Our favorites were the Gran Rojas (red) and theChardenel (white). Read more

Decided to do some wine tasting since we were in the area. Reviewing wineries can be a little tricky as taste is very... subjective. My rating is based on the experience. First, our host, I believe her name was Barbara did a great job despite beingthe only person there. I hope the owner takes note, as having one person try to do everything with more than 20 guest is justbeing set up for failure. As such, the following review is in no way a reflection of her performance as she did extremely wellgiven the impossible demands. Because there was only one person if you wanted to taste a flight of wines you had to sit insidevs other shaded seating outside, which with such a beautiful day would have elevated the experience. Again because there wasonly one person we were asked to all do the same tasting vs each person being able to choose their preference. Since our hostwas alone we obliged with the request which again took away from the overall experience. We also opted to have a cheese boardwith our wine. It was ok but did not justify the price. The boards are made ahead of time and wrapped in plastic. This resultedin about half the crackers being soft. The cheeses were tasty. We could have used plates and utensils. Being from wine countryin California it is a fairly standard practice that parties of 8 or more require advance notice/reservation. So when a party of8 showed up, they were turned away. For someone who has done a lot of wine tasting this is common knowledge. However, theirwebsite makes no mention of need for reservation. For most people they would be unaware and I can only imagine they leftdisappointed. Lastly, when we went to pay they were unable to split the check 50/50 so the cheese board had to be put on onebill. Not a huge deal but given it is 2021 this should be no problem to accommodate. Just one more thing to take away from theexperience. Read more

Clear Creek Winery aka Rio Claro Winery is truly a hidden gem! Passed through here with the family on a trip to Fossil Creek,... and on the way back the wife and I had to stop for some adult time. The place is completely unassuming from the road, but onceyou pull in you quickly find that the owners did an amazing job creating a boutique-like oasis! The wines we had weredelicious. There were no tastings, due to COVID19, but even just hanging out on the patio area and enjoying the ambiance they?vecreated made the stop well worth it. Read more
