I've given this location several chances to get it right but they never want to bring your food or whatever your curbside order... is to you you always have to go get it so what's the point of having curbside if the people who work there never want to dotheir job I have seen them congregating inside having conversations my order and others are sitting on the countertop and I canguarantee you some of those are curbside. The absolute worst Wawa I ever been in. Never no hot coffee. Never enough staff. Bathrooms always dirty. It should be closed... down. It is truly a Disgrace !! One star is still too much this store is a ZERO !! Read more
I'm not from Maryland , but anytime I go to a WAWA in a predominantly African American community it's always extremely low... quality service. From bad sandwiches ???? Bad customer service Items not in stock And now only when I go to one's like this one,I can't get free ice water or a cup!! At first I thought all WAWA was changing. But then went to a bougie ???? WAWA inAnnapolis and guess what.....Free ice, cups, water, and my sandwich was correct with great customer service!! My advice, useyour gas to go to a better neighborhood WAWA, and everything that made you a loyal customer will be waiting for you. Good luck! Read more
Came to a wawa that?s post to be 24 hours! They said it?s not cause it?s shorts staff however. It?s a grown capable man back... there that?s turning around customers. 2nd time getting a sandwich at this wawa. Workers can?t read and don?t understand what little mayo means!! 2nd time they ruined... my sandwich. Workers call wrong numbers- 846 instead of 946. Do better wawa because camp springs wawa really sucks! And get ridof the panhandling at your front door! Read more
Worst Wawa I have ever been. Watch an employee get in a agreement about getting water out of a faucet. Was told that they found... not make anything from the menu because they are short staffed. Looked like they were just to lazy to do there job. This storelocation could use some new leadership. Read more
I just left the wawa at 10:15am I am one of the most loyal Wawa customers came to this particular one to get air in my tire and... while I was here grab a cup of water once I was done grabbing air. When I walk into the drink Machine I?m surprised and thenshocked to see that there are no available cups not small medium large or extra large turn around to be shocked by straws andlids. So then I was left to run around the store and locate a manager or someone to help me understand where are there cups andhow may I obtain one. They mentioned that they?re sold at the counter. Anyone that usually goes to Wawa knows that you couldgrab any cup any size right from the machine and they?re holding them hostage behind the counter. On top of it i just wantedsize of water . but I was told that they charge usually but they can give me a small courtesy cup.
