*Update 032619* - I should've taken a picture of my disappointment as this was the second (now third) time in a row its... happened. For some reason these cooks can't melt the cheese on their/my burger? Yes, I know it's petty, but who really wants abarely melted piece of cheese on their burger. These slices were barely beyond cold. If it wasn't for the cooked patty itprobably would've been a cold slice. I'm definitely going inside on my next visit to speak to the manager. Maybe third time willbe the charm? We'll it wasn't the charm. The manager told me it's because they only have a limited amount of time to get thefood out. I'm like really?
