Always fresh, friendly, and familiar.

Totally unprofessional, Lexie and Jessica had terrible attitudes and were extremely rude. The workers had gloves on (as they... should due to the rise in COVID-19 and handling food), and are touching their faces and external cabinets that customers touchwithout changing gloves. When asked to change their gloves before preparing my food, they both had terrible attitudes and madecomments on ?oh great we will be wasting food now.? Guilting the customer for the preparers issue is extremely unsatisfactoryand I will absolutely never order or enter this store again. I ended up not even placing an order because I was not going to bebelittled by a worker when I just simply asked to have food that would not be exposed to excess germs. The food was absolutely wonderful, the customer service on the otherhand was awful. We came in uniform, and after we placed our... order we were told to wait outside, meanwhile a gaggle of people in civilian attire that ordered after us were allowed to stayinside the store and wait for their food. As a service member, I feel disrespected but at the same time I'm surprised becausethis is a military base. Read more

Jersey Mikes Subs inside Camp Pendleton Bases is the perfect spot for a quick bite while on base! First and foremost, this... establishment has moved from its old location in the base to a new one. Previously, it was located nearby the gas station, nowit is located inside the same building as the MCX. With that said, the store is exactly how you would expect. You enter, youorder, you see your sub (or food being made), then you leave. Due to COVID, there is not dine-in capabilities but there areplenty of outdoor dining area just outside the MCX. This particular location really gives good portions for your orders. Theydo not try to shortchange you whenever you order bacon etc. Customer service is also decent, they are busy and they areobviously trying to serve you as fast as they can with a smile but over the service is decent. The prices are what you wouldnormally expect from any other location, though I think since this is on the Camp Pendleton base, there is not tax upon payment. The parking lot is plentiful, even though it shares a parking lot with the MCX and other business nearby, but you willdefinitely have a parking spot. Overall, this location is pretty good! Definitely a small establishment. Gets crowded easily especially during peak hours. Food is on point as usual. Would recommend... using their app to order in advance to avoid crammed lines. From their main entrance outside grabbing pre ordered food is abreeze since it's the first thing you see when entering. Read more
