Went to the new Pizza Hut on the military base. It was the best Pizza Hut Pizza we had in years. We would normally order online... to be delivered from the one close to my house. That store always delivered our pizza with an under cooked dough, we wouldalways have to put it in our oven to finish the cook. Calls and surveys fell on dead ears on the under cook food. I've been to quite a few Pizza Hut's in my day but, none of them are as good as the Pizza Hut Sports Bar on MCB Camp Lejeune.... Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean. Games, pool tables and quite few big screen tv's towatch your favorite team. Food is of course outstanding as well. For families with kids, don't worry, they are family friendly.If you have a military ID, I highly recommend you take the time to visit. The staff made my daughter and I feel like we werefamily. Awesome new restaurant right across from the commissary and main exchange! We came here for lunch after noticing the ?Now Open?... signs. They?ve done a great job catering to both nostalgia and modern pizzeria dining. We order the lunch special (there areseveral) for 2. It came with a pepperoni pizza, wings, breadsticks, and drinks. A new restaurant on base? Gotta check it out before it gets so crowded you can't come for chow! Stopped in after work to grab... a personal pizza and a beer. The staff was very attentive and pretty cheerful, they were extremely friendly and the managementwas circling the area checking on everyone. It was a refreshing dining experience -- seeing people who are just getting startedbut care a lot about the customers and their experience. When some small issues popped up (a menu item wasn't available anymore, which I thought was funny because they just opened and printed the menus) and I was laughing about it -- two minutes latersomeone comes and swoops them all up to fix them. Beer was good with not too much head, staff was great, pizza was hot andtasted just like a Pizza Hut pizza should taste. I'll definitely be back!
