The loaves of bread were much smaller than they traditionally are. Don't know if it was a new baker, or the new normal.
Sandwiches are good, but half the time the order is wrong and is arriving 40-80mins after you ordered it. Apparently they have... a shortage of drivers, but if you are getting enough orders that your driver is getting me my food 40 mins after I order it, youcan afford to increase the wage and attract/keep more drivers. Jimmy Johns has a very small delivery radius so they can keep their promise of delivering as fast as possible. With that said.... Many will be mad that they cant deliver outside the radius. This is a franchise rule not set by the owners. As much as ownerswould love to deliver outside the radius they must stick to their rules in order to be "Freaky Fast" Some people will understandthis and some will complain regardless. This location has the worst delivery service. Average time from order to doorstep is 20 minutes every time we order. Today... online delivery has shown that it is being delivered for over 30 min. Manager says they had 1 driver and he has 5 orders withhim. Then said it should be delivered shortly. Order was placed at 1118, phone call was made at 1213 food was delivered at1237. Edit: after waiting over an hour for food and we didn't get the 2 sides of ranch and the order was wrong. Lol what a joke Read more
My wife and I came here for lunch after swimming, and we were really excited as we've only had good experiences in the past with... Jimmy John's. The cashier girl was rude while we were trying to order and being sarcastic with us. And when my wife asked ifher food could be warmed up another guy said "This is Jimmy John's bro, we don't do that", despite the fact that there is anoven in the back. I told them my wife is pregnant and can't eat cold deli meats, and they said they didn't care. So I guesswe're never coming back here again, until the employees change. Read more
A few months ago I ordered from this store and it took an hour and a half. ?Freaky fast?. Today I went in to get a #9 with... bacon. Pretty simple order. Got back home and no bacon. Not to mention the store was surprisingly not busy. I would notrecommend. Go to subway across the street or drive off base and go to Jersey Mikes way better sandwiches. Read more
