Went into the lobby (which the door was unlocked and open) of this Dunkin? at 7am due to there known slow drive through response... time. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. Was then told that they are only doingmobile orders and drive throughs for service. So I asked if this was a scheduled regular thing so I could prevent this fromhappening in the future. The response was we don?t have enough people to keep up we will reopen lobby orders after the rush andif I wanted to order I?d need to go through the drive through. Normal experience with Dunkin. Have never had any bad experiences of the many times I've come here. Usually good service and... food/drinks. The drive thru normally takes a little while to get through during the busy times of the day but thats not crazyfor where it's located. Read more
They make the worst coffee. The Dunkin off base is a hundred times better than this one. Their munchkins are even a different... consistency than the one off base, at this one they're dense and small, at the Dunkins in town they're bigger and fluffy. Theyrun out of most of their menu by mid morning. Just all around not a good DD. Read more
HORRIBLE REPEAT HORRIBLE! I?ve been stationed on camp Lejeune for 3 years, this Dunkin has always been my go to. Within the past... 3 months the service has been absolutely atrocious! My hot drinks are always halfway full and Luke warm and when I ask for a newone it?s either done with the worst attitude possible or it?s a big no and slam the window shut. They barley have anything onthe menu and apparently you can not get ice cream or any frozen drink there. All the ?toasted sandwiches? are raw or these bugsin it. The doughnuts are extremely stale and taste like cardboard. With that being said I have never complained or beendisrespectful in any way. They have always had an extremely rude attitude and honestly if you want good quality food and drinkgo off base. This establishment frequently does not have multiple items on the menu. Today when ordering three sandwiches, two snackin?... bacon, one has brown, and three drinks, EACH and every time I asked for an item, I was met with, ?Is that all?? Choices wereslashed in quarter and the service was dismal. When receiving my order, the snackin? bacon didn?t have the seasoning on it whichI didn?t notice until we had drove away. My husband?s drink was incorrect as well?no add-ins like requested. Once I got home, Ifound that my sandwich had not been toasted and on the smallest pieces of sourdough I?ve seen at dunkin. Got a large and thought it seemed kinda light turns out cause it wasn?t filled all the way. Also got the omelet things the other... day and they didn?t taste or look right. Other than that my donut, stuffed croissant, and the cream cheese things tasteddelicious. Read more
This particular establishment is apart of the reason as to why COVID happened. I ordered a coffee and clearly saw the lady at... the drive-thru register hand the car in front of me a coffee in which the driver handed back to the cashier approx. 1 minutelater. When I got to the drive-thru register the lady handed me the same coffee that she handed the other driver. When I broughtit to her attention she stated "Well he didn't take the top off", yet there was coffee leaking from the lid of the cup andrunning down the sides. I was told I was going to get a "new cup" and saw the lady speaking with someone who I'm assuming is amanager. She walked back to my car but had the coffee cup turned from the side where it was leaking. So I still ended up withthe same coffee in the same cup that was still leaking. It would've been an issue if I would've done things my way. The customerservice is terrible and just about everyone that works there needs to be terminated, especially the managers if they're allowingthis to happen. Read more
