I ordered through door dash. I received only half of my order. I called the store to try to get them to rectify the situation... and they refused to fix my order. In fact they hung up on me and then when I called back set the phone down. My husband thencalled and they asked my husband if he wanted marinara sauce and he replied yes with bread sticks like my wife paid for. Theyagain set the phone down and then blocked our numbers. I'm not sure why when you order delivery they completely slack off on the quality of food. I often stop in and pick pizza/slices... up and it is always very good. Delivery tonight was disgusting. Asked for well done pizza. I assume they tried to skip that stepby making the crust thinner but then put cheese on thicker than the crust. We also added green pepper which was in large1"chunks rather than slices., Therefore it was too watery and undercooked. Read more
Lmao guys next time just put the entire tomato into my sub it's fine. For real though, we order from there all the time. This... tomato "slice" inspired my review, and its so conflicting....cant say enough good things about their pizza (specifically theMargherita). Its 6/5 stars. Having said that.....Subs, wraps, sandwiches, apps, are all 2/5 stars AT BEST. Hopefully they cansort out that part of the business. Also the marinara sauce side you get with the moz stx is essentially itialian dogwater. Read more
